    Default Stamp Collecting

Does anyone still collect stamps? When I was young, it was like the world's favorite hobby, and I did join the trend but my stamps are nowhere to find now. I just wonder what the current status of stamp collection is...

I have a couple of stamp albums, which my mom passed on to me. I still add as new stamps come along, but I am not an avid collector, really. I keep my stamps in case snail mail becomes obsolete and stamp collections would be worth a fortune!

I love to collect stamps but just for the color and photography of it. I don't have anything expensive, just the stamps I get in the mail through the years.

Yeah, rainbow, who knows your stamps would really be worth a lot in a few years' time. With e-mail being quicker, more convenient, and easier to get messages across, postage would become obsolete, and kids who are just born today won't even know what a postage stamp looks like!

It is quite some time since I stopped collecting stamps following that I use email and people that I need to communicate with use it. I have come to learn the importance of collecting stamps even if they are not of any significance at the moment, they will be of great help some time to come. Our children will get to learn the work of the post office.

Old will always remain to be gold so we should not look down upon stamps now that we have emails. We to collect this stamps at least for the sake of history, we will need these stamps to refer to in the future.
