Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss had initially accepted a deal to end the row over the website’s creation. The two had accepted to drop the lawsuit in exchange for $20 million in cash plus stock in the company. They have however filed an appeal to a federal appeals court to reconsider its order.

This is because they came to discover that the stock was worth less than they claimed at the time.

The twins were former schoolmates with facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. They had claimed that Mike Zuckerberg stole the idea of facebook from them.
