News are that, during the court hearing Michael Jackson’s Estate lawyer-Howard Weitzman had pronounced the family’s withdrawal petition to get the judge's approval to sell the Hayvenhurst estate in Encino.

TMZ source tells that the court did, however, back up a formally request for Katherine to buy another house where she can live with Michael's 3 kids.

Later on, Weitzman said they submitted the petition because Katherine expressed a desire to sell the property but has since had second thoughts. Nobody knows why that would have happened. What could you think made all the changes?
