Through the smilling faces of Michael’s family, there is no doubt about the justice of their beloved Jackson’s death in court.
La Toya Jackson told E! News that she was "very happy" with the guilty verdict for Dr. Conrad Murray who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol!
We’re told that Jackson’s fans erupted in cheers outside the courthouse when they heard about the news of manslaughter’s crime punishable by time in county jail rather than state prison.
Conrad has now been remanded to custody without bail until sentencing on Nov. 29. He will lose his medical license in California and will be facing a maximum of four years in state prison. With the new statute, he could end up serving significantly less time behind bars thanks to chronic overcrowding.
