Default Can you hide your iniquities?

Many people think that they are hiding their wrong deeds not knowing that one day they will be revealed. The Holy Bible tells us we cannot hide our iniquities. If we commit iniquities we get punished by facing unpleasant situations in form of problems. In the Old Testament, the Israelites faced problems as a result of the sins they committed. Even to date the world is facing many problems because of sins. Do you think you can hide your iniquities? If yes, then the Book of Galatians 6:7 says,
Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow.
Brethren and sisters, confess your sins and keep the ten commandments of God.

Why should one hide his/her iniquities, God himself has a record of our deeds, maybe we can do this to man who cannot read our heart and minds, we should seek forgiveness as this shall be revealed on the great day of judgment.

Our deeds are recorded daily in the Lord of hosts' notebook and unless we repent and change for the better, we shall be held responsible and accountable for them. It is through our deeds that we summon our onlookers for with God it is automatic that He sees us and our every move is His watch. Fellow men may at times judge us though not right as always but at least we should try to safeguard our testimonies so that they seem godly to the world and that many come to the Lord through what they have experienced in us. Let us not be worried of what man thinks or says about us but what God knows of us. We should be completely submissive to His will, repentant and walk in purity.
