What Are The Causes Of Disunity?

Disunity has increased due Christian discrimination in church and this starts from leadership. Christians are fighting for leadership in church if they are not chosen enmity develops in between Christians.

There is misuse of spiritual gifts. Believers have different gifts in the church like the gift of singing, preaching, praising but they come to the point of prestige whereby one becomes proud. One can mean to dance like he/she is in a disco while praising our Lord.

Sexual immorality. This is the biggest problem in our church today prostitution is practiced between Christians. People are pretenders in church we have put aside the ten commandments of God.

Dispute in marriage and divorce is another problem in our church. Christians get married in church, they take the oaths but later they turn to divorce because they did not take time the right partner in life.

So much sin in the world, the Bible warns us how last days will be. Perhaps we have come to those days.

Sin is the main cause of disunity since it has led to selfishness, hatred, pride and love has gone cold. That is why we have so many killings around the world. Unless we rebuff the devil and his enticements, we all will perish of sin.

The happenings in our churches today are evidence that the world is coming to an end. There are conflicts among churches that are far from over. The church today has nothing left of the church during the ancient times. It is getting worse and worse and it is clear that the disunity in the church is a clear picture of the world coming to an end.

Lack of faith upon what we are being taught can be the main reason why Christians have no unity in churches. It happens many have different perfection of the Bible and the teachings are interpreted differently. At least every church wants to be perfect with their teaching and who they trust!

Self-contentedness makes one think of himself as being more special that his fellow while contrarily the bible says that we love our neighbors as we love ourselves. No one wants to be led by the other for we think we know it better. We feel our decisions are better than other people's. We are lover of money that lovers of God. We despise opinions of the poor. By this we end up living in the cage of foolishness. We don't regard working things out as a team. Let God help us realize where we failed that we may pick from there again.
