When the world was brought into existence all was believed to be in order, with no void and/or blemish, but wickedness tends to exist. How did these get to exist and reign in the whole world?
People get sick, and death is the exact result. Diseases of every type are eating people up; trials are everywhere, hunger and war also count. These have led to many throwing blames to those they think are enemies and even God himself.
God himself is considered a God of order, loving and caring for our needs. Some of this is revealed in the scriptures and we should learn it that way. Why do Christians feel that God is the source of their suffering, and if He is? Why can’t he delete such for the bible says that He knows all that we undergo?
God didn’t create evil neither does He source it, but He allows for evil. This might be hard for many to take but from several examples, especially from the scriptures, we are showed how by the will of God all happens. He can still control it but some suffering is meant to strengthen us in faith and to make us humbled before the Lord.
Job was a man of faith, this is according to how he worked by the will of God in his Christian life, he did all that was good before God. He received blessings that it was taken to be, he praised God because of the wealth he was granted!
Satan wanted to be ascertained of Job’s relationship with God, he decided to seek permission to tempt Job, God didn’t deny it because He knew of Job’s faith to Him. Satan went ahead and tempted Job, he threw to him every kind of suffering, which was beyond perverting but Job never lost the battle.
We later learn that Satan was satisfied of Job’s faith and his mind was proved wrong, God again restored Job back to his position in life and even a surplus of it.
From this we learn that God allowed for the suffering of Job, He could otherwise save and heal Job from the trials, but He knew Job was at a position of handling such.
Satan sourced the suffering of Job; he did all he could, even through the wife, do to get Job refute the hand of God, but this didn’t change Job’s mind either, he was kept strong till victory was granted to him.
Christians should act the same way Job did; they should stand strong and seek His hand always. Be it in time of suffering or partying, this is when He shall seek to stand by us always. God doesn’t source evil, yet he has a limit of the suffering, for he can’t allow us what we can’t handle.
