God’s love is marvellous. He loves both the wicked and the righteous. He is always ready to forgive those who were once in sin and have realized the will of God, and now want to turn to Him through atonement. God gave man a free will to either obey and live or disobey and perish. He had a great love that he sent His son to pay the debt of sin so that whoever believed from thence that Jesus, the sacrificial lamb, is Lord and that He resurrected to heaven shall live but whoever denied the fact would lose eternal life.

God’s free will to man has turned into a curse since a few are willing to remain faithful. It therefore is man’s duty to choose either to walk in the truth of the gospel or be fed with the slyness of Satan. No God’s commandment is an exemption to anyone. All must be obeyed and the biblical doctrines followed accordingly. The journey of faith is not that easy- it needs total sacrifice and devotion. Some people do contrary to the order of God for they think there is still time to linger around with sin before they repent and turn to God. God has taken the last priority in their lives. That is why many people die before they repent, taking all their sins into the graves.

Constitutional laws, school rules and other rules in life seem to take greater attention but the voice of God is ignored. Maybe it is because God is not yet physically around to punish them. The society has cast out God’s moral standards and people work limitlessly, strike fake deals as bribes, and hate one another and such evils.

People have sown the seed of immorality and what they reap later is diseases, fights which may lead to death and divorce. Adultery is a condemnation by God but these days it seems so much embraced. Men have turned out raping small children; old women kidnap or even lure young boys into sex for money. Coveting has led to theft; theft has sent many to jail and grave. Ill yields ill. One scandal leads to the other and people call it exposure and exploration. They chase the wind of wickedness and the world is slowly turning into garbage of sin.

Is disobedience the best option for the free will? Is this what we have to pay back to God after His love towards a salvation so great? Is fearing God being afraid of Him? Not at all! Fearing God means reverence respect and obedience to Him. It pleases God when we are faithful to Him and put all our trust in Him, by submitting to His will.

The hour of judgement draws near and only the pure hearted are safe. The devil has planted the serpent seed in the world and worst in our hearts, which keeps on giving birth to more sin. We know not the day or the hour, time is now, time is here.

Jesus asks us softly and lovingly to pardon our sins unto Him. He has given us mercy. He has something special for us, new holy life, and a home which He went to prepare for us in heaven.

John’s revelation in the book of Revelation 22:12-14 says,

‘See, I am coming soon; my reward is with me, to repay according to everyone’s work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.’ Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they will have the right to the tree of life and may enter the city by the gates.
