Faith is a total trust/assurance in what isn’t come yet. Faith in God enables us to get whatever we want from Him. Those who doubt the Lord as unreal or that He will not hear and answer their prayers are always praying but never get a thing in return. How can a man please God? It is through faith alone! In the Lord’s Prayer, Jesus taught His disciples to begin praying by saying; ‘Our Father...’ (Mathew 6:9, Luke 11:2)

When we pray we should have confidence in the one we are calling upon. God is ever faithful to grant us our wishes whenever we ask from Him. He is our Father and that is why He regards us as His children. Jesus told the people who notified Him of His mother Mary and other family members but He assured to them that His brothers and sisters are only those who performed the will of His Father, God. It therefore means that we should fully submit to the Lords commissions, and by believing in Jesus’ teachings we have the right to be called sons and daughter of God.

However, by faith we all are children of God for it is hard to judge who is of the devil, until we are declared goats or sheep after judgement. This is when conquerors of sin shall be called sons and daughters of God, brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ for He as well is the son of God. (1 John3: 1-3, Hebrews 2:17)

Our loving Father who is God is the head. We should honour and hallow His name. We should be obedient to His commands. Just like any father would do to His well behaved, wise and submissive child, God will always never disappoint us when we ask from Him. A bad child always gets the least favours from His parents until He decides to apologise and behave ethically. That is what applies to God, for each time we go to Him we begin with thanks for what He has done for you, seek His mercies in penance and then ask for whatever we need.

A son will never get a snake in return by asking for fish. God gives us what we need so long as we approach Him with contentment that He will give us. When we create a second thought that maybe He is not listening or might ignore us, God is displeased and so may nit grant our wish.

With confidence Jesus instructs us to ask for anything in His name and we shall have it. He is our connector and intercessor since he came to reconcile us with the Father after the fall of man. In Mathew 7:7 He says that we ask, knock and seek and we shall be answered back positively only if we are faithful. Faith can move even mountains or cause what seems to human wisdom not causable.

God is very faithful to us. He fulfils His good plans for us in due time. All He seeks from us is total trust, reverence to Him and His creeds. By faith in the name of Jesus, the only name with authority, a name given unto us through whom we are saved and are granted all our wishes, God loves us and will answer our prayers. It doesn’t matter when but His timings are always accurate with our needs. He says yes, no or wait and whatever the answer, He has a clean reason to that. Whatever turmoil we face, He will never let us bear what is beyond our tackling capability.
