Who Can Bring Change?

What terms would you use to describe our generation? Think of people you meet daily at the offices, streets, market places etc. The parents are busy and aggressive hustlers seeking the best opportunities money can buy for their children. The young adults are generally speaking, expressive, impatient, connected and showy. They want money, power and promotions and they can also do anything to get the trappings of success.

For sure there are no people who swim against the current, but people are unforgiving, corrupt, selfish, insecure and in hurry. Do you think the current trends are very pleasing? Who has the potential to change the economy of the nation and all the skyrocketing cost of living? Is the result of negligence of the people or our government?

The current economic situation is what has led the behavior of the youths and everybody in general. We are trying to see to it that we manage to get our daily bread and as a result, we become impatient, corrupt, and insecure and list continues.

Some of the mentioned trends are pleasing as per my opinion since it is survival for the fittest economy.

It is not time to blame on anybody since both parties are involved, we are the ones to bring change come next year via our precious votes.

Our leaders are bad role models. They have nothing good to advise the upcoming about. They just want to remain in power and fill their stomachs. When young people stand to make change they shut them down and say they are of limited experience and this has demoralized our youths who have the urge and wisdom to lead. A bad foundation leads to a bad life full of regrets and that is what we live today.

We need visionary people who can lead and also not hold a leader for too long in the office for we may not realize other capable ones.

The potentiality of changing the corrupt ways and every evil issue in our nation lays within our hands and it is up to us to make an intelligent decisions to come out of that irritating trap! We can control our own decisions that make the moves of our lives where we live and the choices we make in that kind of situations. In God's service and our true spiritual life, we will always be winners and grow and change our destiny to a happy one! Most of the people don't know what their destiny is and so they live a corrupt. dishonest, selfish, unforgiving stubborn life and in that sense, nothing appear good in them; they keep on struggling and their happiness lasts for a short period! Change is within us and is us to make it happen!

We are in a better position to bring change, if we want change to come then it has to start with us. The one thing l know is that we can't control the wind but we can control our sails, we can direct ourselves in which direction to go and we can make good role models to the rest of the country or even the world at large.

Change starts with an individual, more so you. You can't expect the government to do everything while you're not doing anything about the situation. Do great work every day and you'll bring a change in your family and to the society.
