Don't let size be an issue?

Dieting, exercising, yoga, Chinese tea and the list is endless ways of losing weight and became the perfect size.These companies are making millions for futile results. All the ladies out there are fighting to be a size two. Hey I respect it if you are a size two and gained weight for some reasons, but hey if you come from family of large structured people, those are your genes you can't change them!

Keeping fit I greatly encourage but starving yourself to fit into a cocktail dress just to look good physically and malnourished is a big no no. If any person likes you for being skinny then that is absurd. Lose them before they lose you. My motto is take me as I am,i will be or I can ever be!!!

I respect all the big structured women out there who dress in there sizes and they look super hot rather than one who seems like she has been squeezed into her clothes because they are four sizes smaller.

Power to all women out there who accept themselves the way they are without letting any person especially men to squash there self esteem. Just like in the movies Phat Gilrz if anybody calls you fat all they mean is PHAT it means pretty,hot and thick what can I say what other better name would you like to be referred to?

In the past skinny women were seen as a result of poverty no offense meant. Skinny or Phat we all beautiful in our own ways. Being skinny nowadays is the fashion hey but unlike clothes your body is wonderfully and uniquely created so take pride in your self and always walk like queen who owns every land she steps on.
