What are your favorite ways to workout? I go to the gym 3 days a week to do cardio weight training. The other days of the week I either go for a walk or a bike ride.
For me as for now it would be playing basketball, and by simply walking. I do enjoy walking together with my girlfriend on parks and streets it helps burn some calories.
I play tennis with my friends once a week and walk around 2-3 kilometres per day. I used to work out in a gym before but founs it boring. After I stopped going to the gym, my weight ballooned and I had been trying to find a way to get rid of the excess fats ever since.
