Default do you watch what you eat?

are you conscience of what you eat? like counting calories or grams of fat? i try to, but it is not always an easy thing to do.

However i don't eat so much but whatever i eat i don't think about it specially. and i don't care also about its importance. i usually smoke a lot in that time i just enjoy it i don't feel that it is harming my health

I really don't.

Some times I think my body has it's own automated regulation system because there are days I feed on junk and then I just can't any more. You know, you just find your self with no interest or urge to eat that kind of stuff.

I know there are some people who can't help but crave for given kind of food, unfortunately the kind that is not that healthy.

You know if you come to think about it, our eating habits have to do more with our way of up bringing which eventually developed to habits and as you know habits can be your biggest assert or liability.

Seriously it is very difficult to watch this out. I think people who are into glamor world are able to do all these as their bodies are their biggest assets. They are finished and so their career if they get out of shape.

Its really hard to do that, for me as long as it makes my tummy full that's a big OK not minding if it makes me healthy or not, but later on when I grow up and reach the age of 40's I'll try to watch my food intake and lessen those that have high amount of calories and fat. I want to enjoy life longer.

I usually watch how much I eat as opposed to what I eat. I try to eat healthy, and when it comes to junk food I try and limit the amount I eat

I am blessed with genes that don't let me get fat! I don't have to watch weight myself but I feel really bad when some girls get obsessed with it.
