I really don't.
Some times I think my body has it's own automated regulation system because there are days I feed on junk and then I just can't any more. You know, you just find your self with no interest or urge to eat that kind of stuff.
I know there are some people who can't help but crave for given kind of food, unfortunately the kind that is not that healthy.
You know if you come to think about it, our eating habits have to do more with our way of up bringing which eventually developed to habits and as you know habits can be your biggest assert or liability. |
