Default Dangers of Working Out in a Gym

I would like to warn first time users to avoid gyms unless you have the drive to always go to the gym the whole year for the rest of your life. I used to work out in a gym and was pleased with my trim body. However, I eventually lost interest and gained a lot of pounds. My friends who also stopped working out also abruptly increased their weight and waist lines.

Yeah. I believe that gyms are a useless waste of time and money. A better way of working out would be engaging in sports activities like basketball or football. You also make a lot of friends (or enemies) while playing. They are a lot cheaper and more exciting than spending several hours a day alone inside the four walls of a boring gym.

But don't you think that we are all different and what you may like, I may possible dislike and what I like may be an abomination for you! Personally I'm also not a Gym type, I'd rather do other things than spend my hours on a crazy gym. But I have friends who ever since I knew them they have always been going to the Gym and they don't seem to stop doing that in the near future.

I think, the right question someone ought to ask themselves before paying those Gym annual fees is - can I do this? Is this really the right thing for me or I'm doing this in order to conform to a TV commercial. If one feel they have the gut and its their thing, then who are we to stop them. But I must admit staying consistently going to the gym all year round is not an easy thing...it is hard.

Hello,

It is not only with gym , but if you follow some exercise regime for a while and abort it abruptly it will show it negative effects.
