One Team but of Different Role

Every member of the church has a different role to play and a particular contribution to make if only each one discover the talents given to him or her fully. No one can be missed to cause the unity of the body; no member can claim that his contribution is more superior to that of someone.

Every part of the body is very important of its own you can’t say that the heart is more important than the eye. Each part is useful and has a role to play. Everyone has to take the place assigned to him and do the work appointed to him by receiving the Holy Spirit to come and unite them and bind their interests together in love.

Christian as a unity are the ones referred to as a team, when there is unity among Christian, they promote greatly their spiritual growth, being given different roles to play in the church is similar to different gifts of the Holy Spirit, and they should not despise others gifts, as all are for their benefits.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit are distributed to all differently according to God's purpose for each. In evangelism, it takes a broad perspective for every part played in the ministry contributed to evangelism. Whether it is preaching, leadership, singing, helping the needy or sponsoring someone in evangelising, it needs commitment.

We need to realize our talents/gifts and start to trade with them. We may not be at times able to make them out on our own unless people around us point out. We should not ignore them but pray for the revelation.

We should work as a group in order to meet our divine goals. God the father, the Son and the Holy Spirit incorporate to make the office of GOD complete. The spirit will guide us into what we should do just like the time of Peter and Paul.

We all have different talents and abilities so it our duty to make good use of them and win more souls to God.God gave different gifts of the holy spirit and so we all have different roles to play, we are big team. We are therefore advised to worked as a team in order to achieve our goals
