How Does The Holy Spirit Work In Our Lives

The Holy Spirit is there to comfort, teach and guide us. He is near to help us to understand all the truths but being God, will not force His work of sanctification upon us, The work of the Spirit may be painful penetrating as we grow closer to God and strengthen our faith.

Let us be willing in submitting to the Holy Spirit so that He can do His work in our heart for us to be like Jesus. Christ in His humanity was totally dependent upon the work in His life. We have shown the influence of the Holy Spirit on the life and mission of Jesus.

John 3:34.

For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.

Christ’s desire to save us; is that the Father and the Spirit are committed to our redemption. This work is also carried out in and through the life of Christ’s disciples, it will be done to us if only we completely submit to God.

I believe the Holy Spirit works in us through subtle inspiration, and shows us things that might not normally occur to us; it gives comfort, intervention, and epiphany, among other things. In other way, the Holy Spirit is just a symbol of the higher self that dwells within us all as the human soul. It overshadows us all and urges us all forward in a creative life of some kind. It is the beacon that showers its life into our being and makes of us a divine entity.

The Holy Spirit guards and guides our steps and unveils what seems a mystery in our lives. We are able to understand the will of God when we are filled with the Holy Spirit and therefore we live fearlessly to any evil plots.

When Jesus ascended, He promised to send us a helper who is the Holy Spirit to complete His mission of salvation. The Holy Spirit helps us to understand different languages as it helped the disciples to interpret different languages.

The Holy Spirit also enables us to differentiate between wrong/evil and the right.

The Holy Spirit resides in us, therefore it has full control of our actions, it gives us direction, dictates us in what to do and counsels us. But when we ignore its directions we end up being spiritless hence we only do evil works.
