Default How To Manage Women Employees

Even though people do say that women are more productive at work than men, I agree but I can say men are 20% more productive than women , this a small percentage than can be reversed if at all women work hard. They have the potential but it’s only that they are ignorant sometimes.

Here are some stumbling blocks to high production of female employees and how to solve them.

Women spend more time socializing and shopping

To be safe never allow women seat side by side. Just like in school when teachers were forced to separate students who talked and disturbed others. Management should separate women who tend to be chatty during work hours. Incredibly attractive single women are easily aroused by men in high positions. Those women should pay no attention to the hidden camera hidden between the three-ring binders.

    Men multitask more than women
In order to manage female employees you must give them concurrent deadlines. Teaching women the importance of multitasking is crucial to office productivity.

Men work more diligently than women
Unfortunately, while men have learned to manage their time, women still procrastinate and waste large chunks of hours on websites like CuteOverload.com and TextsFromLastNight.com. Sure these websites are fantastic for a titter at lunch while tallying up Weight Watchers points, but it cuts into work time when they spend the rest of the afternoon e-mailing those pictures to their children and posting it to their Facebook pages.

Women spend fewer hours on their computers

Management should enforce bathroom limits. Female staff should also be required to see their manager for a hall pass. There will be one pass per bathroom, eliminating the need for woman to go in groups. There will also be random check-ins by male employees to make sure there is no loitering, talking on cell phones, smoking, and that every female employee is wearing a matching bra and panties set.

If they aren’t in the bathroom then they are in the kitchen. Women love to plan office parties, talk about planning office parties and complain when there aren't enough office parties. There is no reason to rejoice at work. Cutting down on the amount of time spent organizing, preparing and participating in office parties will increase the amount of time women can spend on their actual jobs. Women should still be encouraged to bring in all the food and baked goods associated with office parties be tolerated.

Do you know how to manage your employees? Do you agree with me that if women avoid the many disturbances they encounter they are more productive than male workers?

Am sorry, but I find this highly discriminatory and prejudicial. Are you kidding me? Women spend work hours talking and shopping???? Definitely not true!

I think that managing employees should be genderless. That is the only way you could be sure that you are treating your employees fairly.

Beaver I am not kidding just watch women receive many calls a day that require they attend some party, sometimes they are required to go the a luncheon hence wasting a lot of work hours. When it is a market day you find them boycotting from job so that they go and see the fashion on market. They normally have excuses for leaving job. I too I am a woman and I know how we operate, I was not discriminating.

I think that the employees described here are not women employees but immature employees. you don't need to manage them, you need to fire them!

I totally agree with this point - Women spend more time socializing and shopping.

It is very true. Women loves more to socialize and shopping than men, and this is where the productivity of women in work decreases.

This at all is discrimination women work in a motherly way and even tend to care much than men, the above discussed workers can be categorized as unskilled and even immature.

I love how you guys have responded with an indication that this is a sensitive issue.

With women I may agree with you that we really concentrate more on looks but again we get into serious business after the later. We must be smart and so have to keep on hanging around shopping malls just to catch the latest arrivals accompanied with friends. Socializing is health and boosts oneself improvement.

For the phone calls, I think the ratio is equal for if a lady receives a call from a man in another office inviting her for dinner, then the other office's (the man's) boss must also be complaining!
