    Default Abusive Bosses

For all those who work, we understand that at times we can work under abusive bosses. They are not good listeners; they are bossy, moody and angry even without reason. They will abuse you at any given minute over even inevitable reasons. How can you handle one?

Leadership is action, not position and we all have work ethnics to practice in our workplaces and work bullying is quite common these days. But we need to draw the line clear what are the works we need to focus on and manage our emotions. What I will think is that you have a discussion with your boss if she/he is abusive, together with higher personnel above your boss to understand from her/him what you have done wrong at work and how to improve. Take down all the pointers that have been discussed and work out a time-line with your boss on how to improve your performance and to have regular feedback.
It is true that gifts for best friends express friendship thoughts and emotions.

Everyone, both senior and junior, deserves their respect. It doesn't mean that when one is a boss he rules even the integrity of others. I personally won't admire working with a boss who despises my dignity regardless of his/her position. The fact remains that we are under the same organisation and what works here is co-ordination and co-operation for easy handling of tasks. Point out someone’s error and reason with them on possible ways of improving instead of abusing/provoking for this surely kills the morale to work and produce better results.
