What to do with a man behaving like a baby

How do you take care of a situation where man behaves like a baby? My friend asked me this question and I didn't know what answer I should tell her. Is there away to help such men?

In fact I have been pondering with the same issue. A man proposes to you and immediately begins giving orders that he doesn’t want you to pick any call from your boyfriends, asks if you're going for a date when he meets you going for a walk in town, doesn't want you to greet any man on the way and such like. I think Alloys is right by the statement that a lady should behave mature for him to try and reach her standards too. It may be embarrassing but she should decide on the best thing. It is common with some men.
