Have a Plan for your Business I work as a marketing consultant for small business owners. The biggest problem I find is most owners do not have a formal plan to build and grow their business. They simply work day to day and hope things turn out well. Remember, hope is not a plan.
I think having a small business plan is key ingredient to influence the success level of a business.
Of course there are people who do it the old fashioned way and just go along managing their business on a day to day basis level taking things as they come. I think this is a grave mistake.
A business plan should be there to act as road map, a guiding compass that will not only show a business person the way but also act as a check point with identifiable goals along the way.

There is nowhere your business will be without a business plan.Planning is so vital that it is a path that will lead you to new hights.It should be reduced in black and white that is written down on a paper.We have three types of plan that is short term mid term and long term plans.
