Default I Don't Understand: Why Did Jesus Die, and What Do I Have to Do With It?

Why did Jesus die? How do our sins influence the crucifixion of Jesus, His death and resurrection? In addition, how would you clarify the existence of the Levitical rules in scripture and why we no longer follow them?

Jesus died for our sins, the first person to be created had disobeyed resulting to sins, this brought about the breaking of the relationship God had with man, he later decide to save man from his sinful nature, hence sent his own son Jesus to suffer on our behalf rather than we could undergo the God’s wrath, and what one is required to about it , is to believe and receive salvation in order to inherit eternal life

Jesus died in order to fulfill the prophecy of the coming Messiah as prophesied in the Old testament. He did die so as to pay the cost of sin. It was for His love to us and the respect He had to God that He had to die. With Christ's death, we learn the cost of sin which we weak human beings cannot pay and therefore the reason for us to avoid sinning in our lives.

He had to die so that you live. Remember when man fell at Eden he was cursed to death but Jesus came to redeem us and give us lie eternally. It however was conditional still that only those who believe in the Son and do the will of His father shall find favour in the eyes of God; such shall inherit the kingdom of heaven and shall never die. Jesus paid the full price by shedding His blood that we be healed and cleansed of our sins.

The scripture explains Jesus as both the sacrifice and the priest in the full version of the ceremony that the Jewish people had been doing for centuries; He was the sacrifice for your sins. In fact he was the perfect sacrifice for sins and the only one that actually does anything to remove our sins. The sins you committed were transferred over to the lamb of God and your sins are forgiven and forgotten through His blood He shed. It was a promise God made on earth and Jesus dies to fulfill it and by understanding how He willingly laid His life down for us we will be more willing to lay our lives down at His feet and trust Him to work in our lives to bring us to peace with ourselves and bear fruit to God.
It is true that gifts for best friends express friendship thoughts and emotions.
