It has been reported that the BT &Talk Talk company lost their appeal over the measures to curb copyright infringement online.

According to the Internet Service Providers (ISPs), UK’s Digital Economy Act was incompatible with the EU law hence, the ISPs will have to send caution letters to alleged an authorized file downloaders and cutting them off.

This move will cost the creative industry a sum of £400 million per year in lost revenue.

The firm has promised to proceed with the fight to defend customers’ rights against the ill-ruled legislation
