Google has finally won Chinese’s approval for the Motorola Mobility deal.

Google was asked to keep its mobile software, Android free for other device makers for at least five years.

The approval of the purchase of US phone maker worth $12.5 billion is Google biggest ever.

So far, Google has won clearance from US and European regulators.
