    Default Samsung Boss Sued over Inheritance

    A source has it that the chairman of South Korean electronics giant Samsung has been sued by his sister following a dispute over father’s inheritance.

    Mr Lee Kun-hee, 71 faces a case against him from Lee Sook-hee over shares of their late father which he left.

    According to Yonhap news agency, Lee is asking for the return of assets totaling up to 190 billion won ($169 million).

    He last week face a case of the same nature whereby his brother, Lee Maeng-hee aged 80 accused him of keeping the shares that were assets put in a trust under the name of non-heirs.

    This is why I feel it is important for parents to write wills earlier before they die for no one knows what will happen tomorrow. Life is too short and unpredictable. We now are left to handle conflicts which the deceased could have handled better. Otherwise I wish them peace.
